Coaches

Professionalism is very important to us and all our coaches have:

  • An accredited qualification
  • At least 10 years business experience
  • Extensive coaching experience
  • An active and formally recorded Continuing Professional Development Plan
  • Regular supervision
  • Worked to EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) guidelines, ethics, and standards

Best Practice – Quantum Coaching Process

  • Multi-party Coaching Contract (Coachee, HR Manager, Line Manager and Coach)
  • Clear objectives agreed by all parties
  • Regular feedback on process and engagement, whilst maintaining Coachee/Coach confidentiality
  • Personal Action Plan prepared by Coachee at end of programme
  • Clear channel of communication throughout
  • Continuous support via ‘web programme’ with coaching notes, templates and on-line ‘toolkit’
