Diane is an experienced Management Consultant and qualified Executive Coach. She has special expertise in the development and implementation of business strategy through performance management systems and coaching to improve customer service/business profitability and to achieve cultural change.

Diane has had a varied and successful commercial career to Director level with international blue chip companies including: ICI/AstraZenica, Deloitee & Touche and Sainsburys. She has extensive line management experience in a variety of UK and international roles (including sales, marketing, PR/advertising and project management). Her market experience includes the industrial, agrochemical, biotech, high technology, professional services, utilities, public and retail sectors.
